Founder’s Day happens in the spring. It’s a “county fair” type deal that celebrates the founding of the small town in Texas where I reside – Dripping Springs. Questionably safe rides, suspect looking carnies, games with short odds and no pay-off, etc… It’s a really big deal for us country folk. My kids had a ball.
